Please read the following guidelines for submission carefully.
File Types
Text format
Please submit the main article text in word processing format, such as:
.doc, .docx (Microsoft Word Document)
.odt (OpenDocument Text Document)
Media in the text:
Please indicate where media (images, videos, audios) should come in the text. Please use ‘Figure X’ in your in-text indications, and label your media files to correspond to this. For example:

Figure 2: Caption
File name:

All images will need to have accompanying alt-text. We will contact authors for this information during the publication process.
You can send the media files through any of the following options:
- Individual file attachments
- Selections of media files as a .zip file (useful for larger files)
- Save files to a GDrive folder and share access to this folder with us via: entanglementseditors@gmail.com
- Send files via Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar file-sharing platform
Specifically for videos, you may also upload those in a personal Vimeo account and share the link(s) with us.
If applicable, and if you think that this will be helpful to understand the structure of the piece, provide a reduced-sized pdf with the media at the appropriate places. (Please note though that you will still need to submit the piece in a text format.)
